Okay, but what is Breathwork?

Breathwork is basically an umbrella term for any time you take conscious control of your breath and use it as a vehicle to create a shift in your physiology and/or state of mind.

Some forms of Breathwork are designed for present-moment awareness and stress reduction. And others are designed to unlock your energetic potential and facilitate transformation (physical, mental, and emotional).

I teach both.

Firstly, I offer Functional Breathing which is designed to improve your day-to-day breathing habits. Most people could benefit from Functional Breathing practice (learning how to breathe better and harness your breath) and it’s where I tend to start when working with clients, especially those who are new to Breathwork. As an Oxygen Advantage facilitator, I also work with sports teams and athletes offering specific Functional Breathing practice to improve performance gains.

I also teach a dynamic form of Breathwork known as ‘Conscious Connected Breathwork’. With this form of breathwork, we use the breath to intentionally (and gently) stimulate our nervous system, in order to release and integrate old energetic patterns, and literally create the ‘breathing space’ for our ongoing transformation to unfold.

Tapping into your breath as an inner resource is very powerful. Come prepared to experience profound shifts after just one session! A few sessions will enable you to use this breathing technique for yourself as a lifelong, self-healing tool.

There are discounts available for block bookings (paid upfront). This is very useful for more targeted work (e.g. you are committed to using the breath to release a particular emotional pattern) and couple/ group bookings, so please contact me if that’s something you’re interested in.

Booking your first session

I'm delighted to offer you a warm and inviting experience for your first 1:1 session with me, whether it's online or in person.

To ensure we make the most of our time together, I always begin with an initial consultation so please make sure to book the longer session if you are a new client. During this consultation, we'll have a chance to discuss your motivations for working with the breath. Together, we'll explore any areas of your subconscious, body, and nervous system that may require attention during the session.

Please know Breathwork might gently nudge the edges of your comfort zone, but rest assured that you’ll be safely supported throughout, and never pushed beyond your capacity.

Terms & Conditions of booking: All payments are due in full before your session. At least 48 hours’ notice is required for any rescheduled 1:1 bookings. Otherwise, the session is deemed to have taken place.

Payments for events and workshops may be subject to additional policy guidelines. Please check before booking.
